I am worming my pups with Panacure paste. you give them a dose for 3 days.  Did them on sunday but had a very hectic day yesterday and have just realised I didn't do them yesterday. do I do them today and tomorrow, or do I need to start again and do today tomorrow and thursday? or should I leave it a few days and then start the 3 days again?
Is there a wormer that is only given for 1 dose? that might be safer.

I would not start again, but give the next two doses.  These are strong chemicals and I would not want to be giving more than I had to.

Hiya, drontal puppy is a single dose on one day which may be easier for you next time.I would stick with the panacur this time though and not mix the two.

I used panacur for years, but swapped to Drontal last year, however will be changing to Milbimax(think that its the name), as I am not happy wiht hte amount you are meant ot get inot the pups with Drontal, with the Spaniels it wasnot too bad, but wiht the pugs it is almost impossible to get them to swallow the required ml per kg ration in a single dose.  I had always been happy with Panacur until my litter in October 2007, when I had great difficulty in getting Pipsqueak not to look "wormy", he was a difficult puppy in  many ways and the swap over to Drontal shifted whatever Panacur had not, but for routine worming on litters since then I am no too happy with it - would love it if it was in a more paste like format.
