Jeff Yellowley is a very good eye specialist you are in good hands,i hope all goes well with your dog,our Boxer had a really bad melting ulcer and it cleared up with the scraping (debriding) and also by putting this serum in his eye that had been spun from his own blood every 2 hours even through the night but all went well.So i wish you well debby

Gosh aren't they clever. Years ago a friend on mine had an old dog that had an ulcer on the eye that wouldn't heal. Our Vet stitched the eye up for a few weeks to allow it to heal. It was great when the stitches came out.
The reason a dog has so many friends is that he wags his tail instead of his tongue.

My friends dog is having her blood spun and put into her eye, the ulcer was very deep and nothing was working, but doing this has caused a red ring to form round the ulcer that seems to be healing it now thankfully, very clever stuff

pagan it back to the vet in the morning ,but last night andrew took gundog training and one of the dogs that was training with pagan last wednesday night the next day went down with a ucler on the eye the same as pagan the same day after training with pagan.
the night was windy and raining  on a field i said to andrew last night weather they have chemcial treated the feild and the rain bought it to the surface it was funny that two dogs went down with the same thing after training.
pagan eye looking better
