Don't worry, not all breeders have an affix they don't
have to have one, most of us like to particularly when competing or breeding to make our lines recognisable.

As already said the KC
should if asked contact the breeder for you, the only other way is for you to physically drive back to where you got your pup from no matter how far, depends how badly you wish to transfer. Another lesson for the importance in transfering ownership when purchasing a pup straight away, so many people don't, I think many of us have pups still under our names.
