WOW it was windy earlier on and seems to be starting again now.  Didn't think that it was supposed to go as far south as Manchester, thought it was more Scotland and the North East.  How is everyone elses weather today?

I'm just down the road from you in Preston and its extremely windy here too! Son's bedroom window was slightly opened and the wind blew his blind which hit his bamboo vase and knocked it over onto his keyboard

Well i'm in the south east and its very windy here too, grey skies and i feel cold and tired...
The forecast shows that its going to be warmer, less windy and sunny tomorrow, i can only hold out hope for that.

Its awful up here in NE of Scotland, branches blowing of tree's, washing off the lines, and very cold!

I'm just down the road from you in Cheshire and it's so windy today. Just taken the dogs out and my ears are hurting now That could be down to the hangover though.

I'm in Kent and it's picking up nicely here too.
We have just come back from Northumberland where it was wind and rain, at least it's dry a home. .

I was in WSM today too    ...and there I was moaning about my hair sticking up on end

lol, today I was lamenting leaves blowing off the trees down here in South Wales, but that was more to do with it being the end of summer

Really windy here in Essex as well.... Not nice, unless you have a kite that is

Small children and dogs would have been blown away at Blackpool yesterday. Sand collected on your clothes as you walked along the beach. Least it wasn't raining!

A teenager was blown into the sea yesterday at Blackpool! he still has not been found!

Sadly they have now found a body.
