As a previous poster said it would be a good idea to go along to a show to watch others trimming its a great way to learn. There is a championship poodle show at the end of November in Peterborough so all 3 sizes of poodles will be there so plenty grooming for you to watch and maybe find someone that lives near you that is willing to help. From another point of view it would also be cheaper in the long run to do her yourself as I personally would charge a lot more for a show trim rather than a basic pet trim. It may cost quite a bit to go to a grooming school but think of the satisfaction of doing her yourself and it will work out more economical in the long run.
