Is there a test for dwarfism in GSDs available in the UK? If so, where?

I had found that one, but was wondering if it had come to the UK yet.

Most DNA tests seem to be patented and you need to send samples to the country doing them.  We have to send our PRA ones to Optigen in the USA.
