They showed his stomach to be even more inflamed and lumpy than before.  The results came back that he has lymphocytic/plasmocytic gastritis and most certainly Inflammatory bowel disease.
He is to continue with the Zantac and is now going to start a new immunosuppresive drug in hope he can tolerate this one after the others made him worse.  This time its going to be Azathioprine.  I have to start it tomorrow and then phone the specialist in 2-3 weeks to let him know how he is getting on with it.
He can't be cured but its just hoped we can get it under control.
I saw my own vet tonight when I went to pick up the tablets and he gave me a copy of what the specialist had sent to them.
I had to laugh as the specialist thanked them for sending him such an interesting case in Milo.

I am sorry to hear about Milos problems. You say they have put him on Azothiaprine, I had this once when I had Lichen Planus, it is quite an agressive drug and I had to have blood tests each month to ensure my kidneys were OK. It also made my hair very thin and my skin dry and flaky. I hope it helps him, it did clear up my flare up but took a long time, and the hair loss and skin came good again once I was off it.
Will they be closely monitoring his bloods? I do hope it is the turning piont for Milo.
