). I'm not 'on a diet', I have just worked out what works (and doesn't work) for me.

. The funny thing is when I lost the weight I wasn't happy and needed to loose more all the time, but now I am much heavier I'd kill to be that weight again! I too now HOW to loose the weight, I have tried everything going, even the Alli tablets, I could diet asleep standing on my head, it all falls to one thing: WILLPOWER!
some years ago I bought the Paul Mckenna I can make you slim its a book and cd anyway the cd didnt make me slim but it did something as it encourages you to take excercise and I started swimming again which I love and went every morning in all weathers to local health club some mornings its a pain getting up early I go at 7am before starting my work Then the pool closed and I joined another club.
