I watched it this evening and was in shock at how anyone could do that to another human being. I just wanted to hug her, i dont feel pity for her as thats not what she would want but, i feel like im proud of her because honestly i would have killed myself. She is such a strong person, who has been through an awful lot, which has spun her world upside down. She was a model, yet she is still a beautiful person. I think i would have got myself in trouble also by hunting the boyfriend down and doing something similar to him. He must have something mentally wrong, he was really ugly too. She was too good for him. Im glad they have been brought to justice. I hope that she continues to recover and that her nightmares and fear of the outside world stop.

What an Angel

This appalling and vile attack took place not far from where we live, it beggars beyond belief, words really do fail me. I only saw little bits of the programme tonight but have read the story when it happened and more recently last week in our local paper.

Indeed, from what I recall she also felt like this, she didn't recognise her face and described the mirror she was looking in as broken.
