Whats the general opinion on whether an agressive tumour is plain bad luck or could it there be hereditary factors? Also....once removed, dog appears fit and well again....would you breed??

Male or female? I might breed from a dog if I knew the family history inside out and it hadn't cropped up before (given sufficient quality). A bitch I definitely wouldn't, for her own good.

My favourite line of dogs have all died of cancer so far so I would say that there can be a hereditary factor. I wouldn't risk it.
