When a bitch is scanned at 4weeks and the scanner see's 6 pups in 1 horn does that meen bitch could have afew in the horn ? or can they just carry in 1 and not the other ?

Mischa carried both pups in one horn and nothing in the other. They discovered the other thickened empty horn when they did the section

the reason i ask this is ,ive been to see my friends bitch tonight ,she is now on day 38 and she has changed shape so much , her ribs have sprung out ,her waist is getting big ,but she isnt eatting alot ,and when she was scanned at 28days ,scanner said deffen 6 maybe more but didnt want to say ,and did say 6 in 1 horn , bitch is large breed same as mine ,but this girl is on the lower scale in weight then mine,
she was around 29kg before mateing ,she hasnt been weighed since ,but is going to take her very soon !!
