Does she guard anything else or is it just these type of treats?
I'd be inclined to given treats like this in a controlled space. I do in fact; one takes his outside and the other will eat on his bed. They might sometimes eat them in the utility room but neither of them is allowed to bring them over the threshold of the kitchen. They aren't overly possessive about food or toys but to be fair we've taught them how to handle them so perhaps it's a bit of nature and nurture!
Your girl is presumably unwilling to give up her treat so I'd just put her in a space, and feed her at a time when there is no need to interfere with her or move her. The big stuff can be munged for hours and is a bit of a pain with a possessive or even just a slow dog. I have one that takes forever so I wait until he's busy with something else and just bag it for another day. If you wish to reward good behaviour choose something small that can be given on the spot and eaten immediately.
Re the TV, both of mine know full well if they sit in front of it (so I can't see
or change the channel) and give me a hard stare that I'll get up and let them out - not daft are they
