Annieg thank you for taking the time to post.... I cant even begin to explain the emotions I have felt this week. When she ate today I was sobbing like a child. We have had her at vets 3 times since the op and her pain was severe.... poor baby. Anyways we are getting thier now...... I came in tonight from being out to pet shop (getting her a new fleece haha) and she was over the moon to see me. Came running up and jumped up at my legs (tears again) as its first she has moved really.
I also completely agree - Forums like this save our animals lives... People knock it but I will for ever be Thankfull.

Kas is loving the attention - she is just lying back every now and again and giving me the nod - rub my tummy haha! she is loving this life!!! ;-)

Thanks ppl xxx

Hi Jean

Well she is def getting thier - still eating and drinking very little, but we are persistant and she is at least trying. She is exhausted very quickly at the min.... little bit of energy then back to bed she goes. Which is fine by me...

I am loving spoiling her if I am honest haha! she deserves it.

Again heartfelt thanks to the people who posted xxxx

It takes women weeks to get over being spade ( sorry easiest way to say it lol ) so not really much difference in a dog especially one thats had a pyo.

Glad she's getting there, give her a kiss from us here x

Only just caught up here -so glad to hear she's on the mend after the latest worry! It is major surgery of course, especially with a pyo, and all bitches react differently. Definitely sounds like she's on the road to recovery now though! :-)
Marianne. Dogs are not our whole lives, there are cats too!
