My friend has just told me to use gelatine as my dogs nails split when using clipper see said they are weak but didn't tell me how much to give as it is powder anybody use it and knows.

I used to use fruit jellies (robertsons, own brands etc.)  and just a square a day - had lovely nails too :-D

wouldn't have thought of it for a dog but might work - don't suppose the dog would mind trying it anyway :-D

you could prepare the gelatine as per pack and use stock instead of fruit ;-) - yummy doggy jelly :-p
It's not what you say, it's what you DO that counts...

Thats a thought, I was going to use it myself as my nail split badly as well.
