Three whippets have been stolen from Huddersfield.
The same family had their dogs stolen 3 years ago and think it is the same people who have stolen them as the footprints in the snow went to where the dog kennel used to be as well as to where they were stolen from this time.
It's in our local paper today and showing on google.
Seems they are being deliberately targetted.
My husband seems to think some of the dogs stolen were taken last time and recovered and taken again but he has disappeared with the paper so can't check.

I remember them being stolen last time.
I have printed off half a dozen posters and my husband is walking (can't drive due to snow) to the shops to put them up.

The one they got back last time was found in Rochdale and as same thieves suspected worth maybe printing posters in that area too if anyone is willing. Would panic them if they saw the posters in their local newsagents.

If anyone else has other contact details please will they add in case this post is not sufficient

I would be contacting local vets, pounds, media in the Rochdale area to make it publically known about these dogs, someone must know about them who is willing to help get the dogs back to the rightful owners..

I think the owners are doing that. It's a good area to start looking other than locally

I feel quite sick at the thought of these poor whippies.  I'm going to ask if I can put a poster up in my vets - I'm not that far away in North Derbyshire.

These 3 have now been returned to their owner, after a lady saw them on doglost having purchsed them for £100!!
