Has anyone else tried to enter Crufts on Fosse Data today and not been able to as it is not in their list? Online should close tomorrow Friday 15th!

I've done it today and all was fine, except for not being able to remember my password for paying for it.  If you haven't done it I'd phone fosse first thing in the morning with it closing at lunch time.

it's under DFS Crufts so is not easy to spot

Well I called Fosse Data today and they say it is not on the list when I log in because I had already entered other dogs, it does not let you enter more dogs for the same show when you have paid your entry!!! Had to create a new account and enter the other dog that way!!! Never heard anything so stupid FD say it is to stop people entering the same dog multiple times! What a carry on.

I eventually managed to enter last night, forgot my password so spend ages trying various ones but it says "

Once your on-line entry has been submitted and your payment processed, you will be sent confirmation of proof of entry via e-mail. It is extremely important that you print this e-mail and retain until after the Show."

How soon after entering do you get this email?

If you log in to your account and go to bottom of the shows list, you will see the shows you've already entered. Click on Crufts and there is an 'Email' button - press it and it will problem the email you didn't receive. (Yes, this happened to me too!)

Usually straight away, i would ring FosseData if you haven't received one by 11am today, best to be safe than sorry.

I know some one who "entered" last year but never checked if his confirmation email had come through and only when his passes didn't arrived he started to worry, payment hadn't been taken so his entry never actually went through.

Thanks folks! I just phoned Fosse Data and was told that if I log in, go to dog entered page where all my details come up etc and print off that page as confirmation.

Well I have now got my other dog entered after creating a new account. That's what I get for swithering and not entering her with the others! Thanks for all your help.

I entered 2 dogs last night, on seperate accounts as different partnerships, the first one went through no trouble, the 2nd got to the payment page, completed all the details, but instead of flipping to the "click for confirmationn page" it just went back to the home page, so no confirmation email with all the details, although the first one came saying entry received.  I emailed them and got a reply saying all OK, but I think the system may have been under a lot of strain yesterday evening and this morning!

That was exactly what happened with me Gwen. As above, go to your shows entered page and click on Crufts, and you should have a button there to force the second email.

I got first email to confirm payment but didn't get the second one with dog entry details.  In fact I only realised it was missing when I read the Crufts posts on CD !

I did exactly as Lily Mc suggests and got my email.  I can relax now and breathe calm thoughts...

I've just checked my email, it wasn't there and have had a minor panic.

Checked on my account with Fosse and it shows as entered and paid, so i guess that's good enough?

Yep - exactly what happened to me

Go to Fosse then enter online then enter the siteSign in and click next. Scroll down to bottom of page for shows you've entered and paid for.  Select View Details then at the bottom of that page click on email.   This generates the email you didn't get, alternatively just print the view details page as it's the same info.
