have i missed it is it possible when ive been looking for it?
i have a toy poodle who is now coming on 11 months and still no season.i have an entire rottie male in the house surely he'd have noticed?
ive seen no swelling and no blood.on the poodle forum they said it could have been a silent season yea ive heard of this but still,wouldnt the male have noticed?
i had someone once say 18 months has been known for a first season.
i just need to know if im worrying for nothing,as long as this isnt going to affect her in some dangerous way then i couldnt care less if she never has a season.
anyone any ideas please?

Small breeds often do come into season early, but I wouldn't worry at 11 months. One of my large dogs is just having her very first season, she's 17 months old. The dog would definitely notice.

One of mine was 14 months before her first one so don't worry. And even with a silent season I'm sure your dog would notice and then so would you. Shes just taking her time.

my 9mo dobe puppy has just had her first season.. it was so slight that i almost didnt notice..

however my male marking all over the house was a bit of a give away. He was put in the kennels pretty sharpish!

2 of our females were over 12 months old for their 1st season its quite normal,  and yet 1 of our girls was just 6 months old.
