I have my email addresses with BT and use outlook to open and store my emails etc.
Also I logged on via the BT site to ensure there was no big emails etc trying to come through but everything was fine?
I understand from friends that BT is the problem, their software causes conflicts with Microsoft Outlook. When they phone BT helpline the fixes cause yet more problems. Most of them now recommend ditching BT competely.
My OH says don't touch BT with a bargepole (bit extreme!!)
