Hi i have  7 month old iggy pupp who still hasthe odd accident in the house. The accidents seem to be in the crate when she is left for a couple of hours. I always let her out just before i leave te house and when i get back, she knows to go outside and goes on command to go busy. Am i expecting too much from my pup?

Maybe.  Some seem to 'get it' faster than others but they all rely on us to help them understand when they need to go outside.  If you aren't there to read the signs then you will still have the odd accident.  2 hours doesn't sound too long but it depends on when she had her last drink, her food, or whether she went 'properly' before you left.  It could also be an excitement wee when she hears you come home, can you tell if it's a recent one?

My lad seemed to take longer than some of his litter mates but he'd sleep so deeply sometimes that even a bursting bladder wouldn't wake him and we'd only have milliseconds after waking to get him outside.  He never read the books about not peeing in his own bed.  He'd also get so busy outside that he sometimes wouldn't finish before wandering off - leading him to pee on his own chin :-)

i think you should expect an odd accident from your pup. even when you've had a few weeks with no wees you may get an odd accident, it always seems to happen when you think you've finally cracked it. i wouldn't worry at all about this, just keep up the good work with the training.
sometimes pups will wee when excited or when stressed, maybe your pup is feeling a bit worried when left.
try going for a walk before you go out and leave the pup, this way you've got a good chance her bladder will be empty and also she will be tired out and this helps with stress, meaning hopefully she will sleep while your out.
make sure you do the ignore thing before you go out and when you come back as well but most of all don't expect too much to soon, she's still only a baby.

My girl decided to wait until she had her first season before being completely clean in the house eek She came into season the day before her 1st birthday ;-) All of her siblings were clean almost as soon as they went to their new homes :-( Just my luck to keep the dirty one :-)
