This is Poppy, my 9/10 week old lab cross - but cross what? I'm thinking JRT. Just wondering if anyone else had any ideas. The dam was in season, she was out in the garden and the sire cleared an 8 foot fence to get to her! The litter was going to be put down, so the rescue I got her from brought them over from Ireland. They don't know her date of birth!

No, me neither. I deleted that pic cos it wasn't the one I wanted to show! It doesn't matter to me, it's curiosity more than anything really. Thanks, she is gorgeous - a little devil though!

to be honest you won't even be able to guess until she is grown up, as most puppies of any breed can look similar.

You need to look at the probabilities of what dogs are likely to be running loose in country areas, the most likely culprits are as you say, terriers, border collies or spaniel or retriever, unless there was a specific other who fits the bill.

If from a city area most of the crosses around here for example are going to be Staffie crosses, with the rest, collie or various other terrier crosses.
