my little girl was 63 days yesterday from her first mating today is 63 days from second mating and tomorrow is 63 days from last mating she was acting fuuny so i has a feel inside and she was dilating so expected things to happen last night/today but nothing so i took her to the vets who scanned her and gave her an internal examination he said that pups are all still alive but due to the fact that she is dilated he would like to giver her a ceaserean nothing seems unduely wrong she is still eating bits and pieces no digging/nesting but something must be happening if shes dilated no pushing/straining etc just wanted some advice please  lea x

If you are unsure i would take her to a different vet and see if they say the same, have you been taking her tempreture?
