Do they kennel club still give the breeders the £12 back if new owners take up the kc insurance??

The back of the latest ABS newsletter has got an advert about new KC insurance for ABS members that's only 4 weeks but is activated by the breeder from time of sale and yes it says registration fee refunded if new owners continue cover.  Not sure if this still applies to the old 6 week vouchers scheme though
