That was my first thoughts to, but, as someone has just pointed out to me, you need to know which dog you are thinking of using
before you can look for health testing etc...
It is a usefull tool, in addition to all other research for choosing a stud.. and certainly a step in the right direction from the KC. I dont think it will make any difference to the pet breeders decision whether to breed from their pet or not. This at least gives highlights health testing .. better the dog around the corner with health test, than the one down the road, without..
