Well today i heard that virgin are not going to pay my vet bills, why oh why did i change to them ? because there preminums where cheaper thats why, wish i had not and will be leaving them as soon as i can get feed back from you lot as to who is a good insurance company

Hearing more and more bad insurance companies lately, we are with M&S andhave made 1 claim, paid out no problem it was only for £150, but premiums DOUBLED now, the claim was few years ago too. Im half thinking put money away each month as we insure 9 gsds and its not cheap, or pay direct debit to our vet each month and when we need treatment take it off the credit we have, dont know what to do?

All my bills were paid for by virgin? Did they give you a reason. I'm worried now incase I may ever have to claim again (I hope not though)
