Hi everyone,
For the past week my cat has been coming home everyday with a tick on him. I am shocked that they are around after the winter we have had.
He has been getting little ones, mainly on his feet. I've got a tick remover but I don't think he'll be wanting to come home after all the pulling I've done to his toes!
I've put some of that Bob Martin 'Spot on' drops on him, but I really wish I had read up on it beforehand, as it's not helped much at all.
I've looked into getting him some of that 'Billy No Mates', which is CSJ herbs for dogs. Has anyone here given it to their cat? He will be a year old in April.
Thankyou

Frontline spray or Spot-on will do the job. The latter can be bought from chemists, pet shops or online nowadays. Bob Martin's isn't even worth its own packaging. If you want to try alternative methods then be aware there's never any guarantee they will work, and ticks are worth taking seriously, as they can carry infection.
Acquiring a dog may be the only opportunity a human ever has to choose a relative.

Frontline would be my recommendation.
The hurrier I go - the behinder I get!
