Ive recieved 2 this morning from unrelating people with "apparently" all the information regarding  John Venebles ie. new identity, crime he's commited, location,.

This has all "again apparently" come from a prison officer who doesnt think it should be kept quiet.

I say apparently because it could be someone bored making up texts, but on the other hand if it's true and gets into the wrong hands then who knows.

Obviously it goes without saying that whats happened is appalling, but whats the best way to deal with it do you think???

Personally, I would just delete it, you could forward it to your local police station for them to check into, but I very much doubt it to be legit. :-)

Ive just googled the name and it's all over the internet, a poor man has been targeted after someone released his name and details wrongly accusing him of being John Venebles,

He said he feared for his familys safety, just goes to show exactly how dangerous these texts can be, off to delete now.

The thing is he wont get a fair trial if his identity comes out and could potentially get away with whatever he has done, best it is kept quiet.
Hit goal weight back in May .... could still do with losing a bit more though !!

Id report it to the police as some people might take the route of marshall law and give the address a visit, and as you have said if its the wrong address some poor person is in for a shock.

Treat every stressful situation as a dog would. Pee on it and walk away
