I've sold my caravan (yay) the people are coming to collect it on Wednesday....BUT I can't find the crank for the stabilizers!!!

Is there something else I can use instead?

The c'van was sold as is and the folks have been told I can't find it...so if I can use something else instead as a one off they can go to the caravan shop for another one I reckon.

Cheers

do you mean the "thingy" that brings the back legs supports down ?  I dont know if a car wheel nut one would do the job, it might be too small though.
Hit goal weight back in May .... could still do with losing a bit more though !!

I am sure they would be able to purchase one from a caravan dealer.

Good ol' fashioned wheel brace did the trick.

Just a small pedantic point - they're the legs :-) The stabiliser is a bar used in addition to the tow bar, between the car and caravan, that stops the caravan swaying too much :-)

I thought they were called stabilizers cuz they stabilized the caravan when it wasn't moving...:-)
Learn sommat new everyday....
