just noticed my girls skin looked a bit sore an red under her tail near the base. Don't know if anyone else has come across this?

Perhaps she is licking it because her anal glads are bothering her.

My TT has this problem at the moment. she has been having a right old nibble underneath her tail. Vet did empty her anal glands but wasnt that much in so she is on a exclusion diet at the moment to see if it is a mild allergy. 6-8 weeks on salmon and potato with just fish treats. Hope it works. Trouble is (or not) she hasnt nibbled said bottom since anal glands emptied so a bit confused as to what is what at the moment. Tending to think maybe food was a trigger though. Hope the diet works. She is starting to look like a baboon from the back. lol

could be mites... Clare... between toes, ears and under tail are common.
