Hi, I am looking for a cocker spaniel bitch prefebly black( I already have a golden girl she is nearly 5 years old). I would like to show her so am looking for a pup from parents who have been shown and have had all the test done etc. I am new to showing and have lots of time to spend with a puppy. If anyone can help it would be really appreciated.

The best way for you to buy a show potential puppy would be to start going to Championship Shows and Club Open Shows to make contact with exhibitors.  If they see that you will make the effort to get to shows, they will be more likely to take you seriously and give you the opportunity to have a quality puppy.

Also have you had a look at the Cocker Spaniel breeders on the champdogs site, plenty of good breeders  http://www.champdogs.co.uk/ (then click on search for dogs by breed, gundogs, English Cocker, then breeders) you can contact some of the breeders here who I'm sure will happily help to guide you in making the right choices.
