Please help us in our search for an older whippet- ideally 4 years plus. We are wanting a calm and loving dog with a developed temperament to live with a younger terrier.

We'd love to do agility with the prospective whippet.

Will pay well for the right dog.

If you go through the breed clubs they will have details of any other breed specific rescues.

Have you joined The Whippet Forum, you might get some luck on there??
I don't think there is much in the whippet rescue at the moment but I could be wrong.

Hi there Lexy. Yes we are. I have contacted Scruples rescue and am on the waiting list. But would look at another dog if the right one came up through ChampDogs.

There is a possibility of an older Whippet, which has been rescued & we gave details of the person who now has the dog to JR Whippet Rescue. Not sure what area you are in & if it is too far for you or not?? I would try ringing JR Whippet Rescue aswell as the rescue you have already contacted.
