Hi,

This may sound like a silly question but my friend is currently negotiating  purchase of pedigree puppy but is not sure what age the puppy's mother is. What she does know is the KC Regristration starts with AE. The puppies are still very young so all my friend knows at the minute is she will have a choice of 2 puppies when they reach 8 weeks old.

I do know she has paid a small deposit after visiting the puppies and mother when she seemed quite satisified with the condition of both Mum and puppies. As far as I know she asked plenty of questions but obviously forgot to ask the Dams age!!!!

My friend seems a bit reluctant to contact the breeder at the minute. Don't know why???

Does anyone on here have an idea as to what year AE would be. Thanks

Thanks for that. I kind of thought around that age but wasn't too sure.
Hopefully this will put my friends mind at rest as I think she was afraid maybe the Mum was too old.

lol, you learn something everyday.  i didn't know what that meant.  I just thought it was an identifcation or the line or something or just a registration number.  Never thought to ask when my youngest girls was different.  What am i like.
