I tend to use New Posts when I read the board, and if something is hard to understand, then I bring up the topic to see what the post is a response to.

What I have noticed is that some posts have the click box to make a reply to the comment/question and some don't! Why is this? It can sometimes be hard in a long thread to answer the poster you want when you go into the thread.
