Champdogs Information Exchange - Not logged in

Please excuse me if this is someting that has been discussed before...I have noticed that this site has uk people and others. If people are quoting "Laws", the country they are from is very important, especially to an inexperienced dog owner. Clearly the information may be incorrect for another country. When I try to check the origin of the person, I have noticed that many people dont include a location. It would be generally much more helpful if it were compulsory to include location (nothing detailed, just country would help!)Currently, if there are comments on doggie legal issues, I ignore them as they may not be accurate for the uk. Just seems a shame.

Hmmm, winter....... well, a wee bit breezy, occasionally! It reached 90 mph the other night, and the ferry got a wee bit rocked. Situation normal, then! On the other hand, we don't get any smog........
Hi Pinklilies,
It should not be a shame as if any reader is in doubt they should just ask the poster what part of the world the legislation is from and possibly if they know where they themselves can find the written legislation then there will be no need for confusion.
I have my details on my file but I appreciate some do not like to, I would however hate to think people would ignore advice because of this espcially as the poster may have taken some time to find the info.
Good point though.
