Would just like to know that when i am in champdogs reading the posts of other people , when i come out of one thing and decide to read another , i get told that there are too many users, how can that be when i am already logged in , why do i get kicked out.

Because there are too many people using the site for it to be able to perform your request, (change page). I's not personal it does it to all of us. Ja:)kie

The thing is Sam, when you read a post you are not accessing the board, you are reading what is stored on your computer. When you try to read the next post your computer askes the board to download this so it can display it for you to read and in the normal case the board sends a copy to your computer which then puts it on the screen for you to read. If before your machine asks for the page to be downloaded some other people log on then at that point there are too many for the board to handle so the error message appears, "Too many users" or Lparkin. That's the reason the message only appears after you have tried to read or post and never while you are reading.

Hope that makes sense to you.

Regards, John
