To those of you with breadmakers (or with bread receipe books) could you please let me know the receipe for Chocolate Bread and Malted Bread. I am just getting into making bread by hand (so I can do rolls and different shapes if I want) but need some receipes/ingredient lists.

Please :-)

perhaps you cooking gurus out there, could tell me how much in quantity I need to make a delicious looking banana dish made on This Morning last week, I missed the start, so when I saw the finished pud, they didnt repeat the recipe, I know you use butter, sugar, and water to make the caramel, dont know how much of each? cut bananas in chunks, pour caramel over, then top with pastry, it looked lovely, I want to make it, but having never made the caramel before, need a bit of help........

Thank you ladies - I have variations in the oven at the moment :-)

The variations are because I did not have certain of the ingredients so had to improvise - I wonder if drinking chocolate and grated dark chocolate will successfully replace coco? Did not have any malt so used ovaltine:)
