Ella ( Devil dog ) is now 14 and a half weeks and weighs in at 52lb.I can still feel her ribcage and spine and she dosent seem to be fat ... but was hopeing one of the other more experienced Newfie owners would speak up !! sound ok at 14 weeks ???
The U.S web site think she's a little porky ... but their Newfoundlands seem to be a little less big boned than ours ??

Sounds about right to me , you say that you can still fell her ribs and backbone , but it should have a good covering of loose skin over it.
Our little girl is 7 months old and 46kl but she is a big girl anyway, is you dog fit and healthy, good appitite?
I would not worry, if you are worried take her to the vet to have her weighed as they will have a proper chart for breeds and ages and will be able to tell you in more detail if she is overweight or not.
