I am having trouble in the UK locating a breeder - i have sent emails to 2 (out of the 4 listed) breeders that i could get to listed in the directory, so far i have not had a response back. I am looking for a bitch puppy so that i can bredd from her - any advice, tips??

I don't have Fields myself but know people who do - I'm not sure if you are aware that this is not a numerically popular breed & puppies are few & far between. I also understand that Field bitches can be quite difficult to breed from & frequently do not conceive at all or have v small litters - just something to consider if you are wanting to breed
