My 17th month old GSP is suffering some hair loss on one side of his mouth. He has been treated with anti inflammatory and antibiotics and a wash . He was moulting badly all over but that is much improved. It is a bit strange. There does not appear to be any redness or inflammation and it does not bother him at all. The vet does not seem too worried. Any thoughts?

I had a belgian shepherd dog that repeatedly had small bald patches appear -only on the sides of his face- i applied Liquid Garlic to the skin-the garlic pearls or capsules from a chemist or health store. they cleared immediately and didn't come back. the dog liked the taste too.
