have just bought extra protein puppy food for hamble who is almost 7 weeks pregnant. trouble is she wont touch it! also its very hot here today and she wont eat ANYTHING....this is my first litter and i'm panicking!!.

Sounds about right - picky bitch when pregnant! I fed mine on scrambled eggs, boiled chicken and mashed potatoes - anything I could get down her really toward the due date... Don't worry - she'll be ok - the heat won't be helping.

Hi tanni jackie here dont worry just let her have what she wants try cottage cheese eggs live yogurt any thing just so she eats some thing but if she will not eat much please dont panic as my bitch which had a litter a few months ago was off her food for the last 2 weeks before birth and her and all the pups were fine lots and lots of luck Jackie.

i think its the heat today getting to her jolene. sent hubby out to buy a fresh chicken and am just waiting for it to cool...dont know about her but my mouths watering!.
