I am writing to ask about infomation concerning buying an Alaskan Malamute puppy or dog, and a price guide as to how much the dog/puppy would cost and as to what colours are avaiable, As i wish buy a dog/puppy. I'm looking for Bitches or Dogs, and age doesn't really matter, neither does pureness of pedigree.

I hope that I can help in some way, I have found that a Malamute generally costs £700 - £1000 (I have even come across some dodgy people selling them for over a £1000 with no papers, jabs etc. so watch what breeder you use). If you don't mind what age Mal you have, there is a Malamute rescue which I can give you the number for tomorrow . You will find that all breeders have waiting lists for puppies so expect a long wait. There is a breeder on this board called Jacquie Norman who is breeding later this year. She has lovely dogs and is very helpful. If you use the search icon you can find her details and photos of her dogs.There is info on breed standard and other useful info on www.malamutes.co.uk
