Can anyone help?

I would like a Miniature Schnauzer puppy (bitch) for family home. I have tried: http://www.champdogs.co.uk/guided/utility_miniature-schnauzer_breeders.html but to no avail. Numbers in local papers do not seem to point to 'genuine and honest' breeders.
I am in Hertfordshire, but am prepared to travel.
