How far in advance do you all enter shows and in general, how long before the show is the cut off date?

For championship shows the entries closing date is usually about two months before the show, and Open shows about 4 to 6 weeks!

It will tell you on the schedule the last day for entries. For Champ shows get a proof of posting just in case your passes do not arrive.
