This is for our 2 lovely GSD's Tanya 1 who died of kidney failure aged 9 years,and her namesake tanya 2 who died at the age of 2 with pancreas failure.I couldn't bear to take my young dog to the vets that sad day,and my husband and son had to do it. I have always regretted not being with her at the end. It wasn't because i didn't care Tanya,it was because i cared too much.I hope you have both met up at the Rainbow bridge,and are galloping about like young stallions again.

To loose one is hard, but two! You must be devastated. My heart goes out to you and your family. When my mum had our little Bess dog PTS at the age of 14 i didn't see her. I gave her a huge cuddle, told her i loved her and that was it. I wish now i had seen her before her burrial for one last coddle. Its heartbreaking when such a close family member has to leave.
