Our darling Jolly left us in the early hours of this morning to go to Rainbow Bridge. Jolly was thirteen years old ........ going on three. She was one of two tricolours we retained from the one and only litter from Brantwood Little Nell. The difference between them was so great, Jolly was a true extrovert and Frizzy is the thinker. I also said that Jolly would jump into the water and then say oops I got wet whilst Frizzy would think, if I jump in there I shall get wet. She trained scores of Junior Handlers and was a delight every day to live with. Her heart tested clear as recent as last Wednesday and yet yesterday she suffered a massive heart problem.

The strange thing is that sometimes I feel the presence of our very first bitch and this happedned only last week. I as sure I saw Haylea walk past our glass dining room door and commented to my husband who said I was imagining things. Well now I am sure of what I saw and that she had come with a message for Jolly.

We shall miss her so much.

So sorry to read about Jolly. "Auntie Paula" has welcomed her, and I bet she's running round with true cavalier joy again!!!

Sorry to hear about your loss, it's always sad.

But was a lovely idea that our previously well loved dogs come to fetch the others, so they don't get lost and can wait for us together sitting by the bridge.
