Hi I would make yourself known to the Breed Club secretary. Breeders will be very careful about overseas enquiries, so it will be a good idea to obtain references of your good standing in the dog world in your country. If people are sure that your motives, facilities are all acceptable I am sure you will find people helpful. the Breed Club information can be obtained from the British Kennel Club.

If you possibly can a visit to the Bred clubs main championship show, oir Crufts would be an excellent idea to meet breed enthusiasts, and see the dogs.
