Could someone direct me towards some good books on this diet? I am definatly looking into it, as i am sick of the processed food as it seems to constantly 'change' sometimes causing tummy upsets as in changing a brand. Cooking veg/meat is no probs (well, i suppose it'll take getting used too!)but help and advice appreciated. I just wonder how it compares price wise?
