It is now six months since my bitch had her first litter. She is back in wonderful condition, coat and energy wise. However, she remains a bit 'saggy' underneath. Will she always have this little undercarriage, or should she gradually regain her figure with maybe a hint of sag.

Lydia will be going for a swim shortly, especially as she's now 8. Her figure was beautiful an hour after having the pups but she swinging away at the moment.
Go with Leigh a good swim helps.
Hi I have found that if you take the bitches away completely, one day, when weaning, and only let the puppies have a little milk for a day or two if she is uncomfotrable, that they regain their figure quickly and completely, rather than weaning slowly over a couple of weeks.

All my bitches have weaned their litters when they liked. Plenty of their normal excersise does the trick. Like people some bitches are just not as elastic as others.
