There is something wrong with the string anyway, have just tried it and it does not work even if I put the www. in. What I usually do is open the page I want to link to, then copy and paste to the forum putting [link]string[/link] or [link string]Look here[/link]
Hi, have got your link to work now but bu****d if I can get it to work on here but have just left a link on another post so must be a problem just with this paticular string.
PS Isn't irritating not to be able to edit your posts and have to reply to yourself, almost feels like you are half way to the funny house!! Not far of talking to yourself.
I reckon it could be because of the ending of the url ..that labrador url ends with =en rather than the usual ...Some of the other links that I haven't been able to get to work have had unusual extensions ...so maybe that is what it is?
I never had problems with links before the board was changed but can never do it now. I'm afraid i've given up trying. At my age I only have a limited amount of grey cells left and I'm afraid that if I use them up on here I'll not have enough left to remember where I left my malt.
