I wondered if any breeders of Irish Wolfhounds are having any puppies this year.  Please would you contact me if you have mated or are hoping to mate your bitch.  I am hoping to purchase a male puppy.

Your are correct.  I have owned a newfie before and have just lost my beloved male newfie at almost 13.  Therefore I am interested in another one.  However I  like Irish Wolfhounds so are researching this breed.  I own a Leonberger so am used to giant breed dogs.  I am hoping to hear from Irish Wolfhound breeders that may be having puppies.

I'm sorry I cannot help with finding a breeder in Wolfhounds, have you tried contacting breeders on the champdogs list?

I would take yourself off to a Champ Show and check out the breeds and talk to some owners before deciding what breed you want
