We get a few at ours - the trainer has one herself.  It is Tuesday evenings at Triple A , West Boldon.

what time at triple A and is it easy to find.

Hi,  Tuesday evenings, 7.15 - 9pm.  Let me know where you are coming from and I willl give directions, it is about 5 mins drive from both the A19 and A1 (or what used to be the A1 until they moved it passed the Metro Centre!)
